You can download the Enrollment Contract and fill it out and upload it in the edit registration link. Fill in the blanks and circle your choices in Part 1. Or you can come into the office to fill it out.
If you already have a Commercial Learner’s Permit, please upload that during registration, along with your temporary Driver’s License and DOT. If you do not have any of those yet, remember you will need a DOT Physical before taking the written exams at the DMV. Those can be done at the school as well. Once you have received all three, please upload them in the Edit Registration link below. Or you can email them to support@apex-cdl.com, or drop them by the office.
After registration, your password will be the last six digits of your driver’s license number. This password will be different than the sign up process to take quizzes. If you forget your password, please click on the “Recover Password” on the “Student Page”.
Please read through the Student Manual. If you prefer a hard copy of the student manual, please ask the office for one.
